Self Defence Course - 10 weeks

Respond instantly to a range of attacks in a simple and effective ‘No nonsense’ 10 week course.

Classes are fully supervised and designed by experienced and qualified instructors.

Duration 10 weeks - (1 or 2 session per week optional)

Si-je Sophie Archibald commenced her martial arts training in Traditional Wing Chun Kuen.

Sije Sophie has been training full time for 10 years and has been involved in teaching for 4 years,being both Coordinator and Chief Instructor of the Women's Self Defense program.
